The Parkside is fabricated with industry above standard 12 gauge material. The doors are 2" inches thick, include a steel threshold, and bullet hinges with grease fittings welded on the frame. To allow for easy installation, we have tabs with pre drilled holes welded on the jamb. In order to produce an energy efficient product for our customers our 5/8" tempered dual pane operable glass designs encompass dual sealing which helps reduce both heat and air leakage. Additionally, Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping is included with each frame, helping to contain heat and cold temperatures. Door sweeps are also included and installed to help prevent nighttime noise, drafts, insects, smoke or fire from making their way inside.
